I think this one will come time to reactions. Both can KO the other with one hit. Maybe if Red Tornado is good at dodging he can fly away and create a tornado from a distance.

I could see Red Tornado seeming like Scarlet Witch's husband. I don't know if that will keep him safe from her or not. She could warp him into Vision, I suppose.

I think Wanda has this match covered in most areas, but Red Tornado does have that ability to adapt to a person's powers. That could get bad for Wanda if this fight goes on too long.

Is it possible that it ends with them falling in love?  I believe its in the Ultimates where she flirts with another non Vision robot. She has a type lol.

Here's someone who has something to say about Red Tornado and romance.

I guess Red Tornado is kind of a hard luck story in that regard.  Therefore, I figure he's just the sort of hard-luck story android Wanda would fall for.  She has a type, after all.
