I'll wait to see what others say, but leaning King.

If it's a contest of strength and balance, the Undertaker will do very well. He's a big dude and can match hits with the best of 'em, but he can also balance on the top rope and is surprisingly nimble for a guy his size

Both of them have shown great control and balance in the ring. They are nimble for their size, but this seems more up King's alley. He can do some inhuman level moves. Not exactly a direct correlation to the type of match but it counts for something. I'll post some gifs tomorrow.
