Geez. Neither of these two are good for this one. If it was like "who can recruit the most Klingons" or something it would be a really good matchup. Literally all I can think of is that toons are opposed to war by virtue of just being chaotic by nature, and Quetzalcoatl is also very chaotic, so he might be appealing to some of the more dastardly toons, whereas I literally can't think of any toon who wages war. Actually, I could totally see a lot of the villain toons worshipping Quetzalcoatl and trying to sacrifice Bugs or Road Runner to him. The only toon I can think of who would worship Ares is like maybe Yosemite Sam. I think Quetzalcoatl takes this but neither does especially well

Well, whichever way this one goes, I think the end result is a bunch of riled-up and blood-lusting toons.

Could be dangerous for the neighbors.

Eh...depends on who is in Toon Town, Marvin might worship Ares, Sam, of course, Elmer, maybe...IDK

If people like Asterix and Hagar count, and are in TT of course, they'd definitely fall in line with Ares, but other than that...I'm not sure there.

Quetzal would probably win here, on the principle that he is chaotic, and toons are normally chaotic in and of themselves.
