Depending on whether or not the Kree get Ronan, this could be a win for them. He has the ability to put people in a time displacement field, the ability to rearrange molecules and atoms with the help of his universal weapon, shoot out Absolute Zero from his weapon (how this works I do not know, doesn't make much sense), conjoin stars, generate localized black holes from within his suit (don't ask how he does this either), and much more. He is a heavy hitter and unless Orks have heavy hitters of their own I feel like he should take this.

The Orks do have a lot of heavy hitters in their arsenal. But first, it’s worth noting that we’re talking millions to billions of these guys, armed to the teeth with all kinds of stupidly overpowered weaponry being teleported in. Even with Ronin, the numbers get overwhelming quickly, and they also get more powerful as they swell in numbers.

 

Their big guns are war tanks and ships that are more stupidly held together bundles of weapons and firepower. They have war leaders that are powerful enough to challenge inter dimensional demons and such. They also have psychic orks that can vaporize opponents with their mind powers. Once the ork WAUGH gets rolling, it’s hard to stop.
