So this'll definitely be an uphill battle, but I think Black Canary has a real good shot here. Oracle has openly stated that Black Canary could probably win this fight, and that's about as close to Batman as someone can get. Admittedly, the terrain is a rough sell, but Canary is skilled enough to stay in the fight, and she knows Bruce pretty well.

I do not see a fight between these two going against Batman. Even with the canary cry I just think Batman outworks her here
