Heh, I'm thinking the Phalanx might've been at least partially inspired by the Borg.  

But yeah, the Phalanx should probably have this. The Borg managed to kill billions of Klingons in their 2381 invasion, and I'm guessing the Borg more or less fought them directly. Since the Phalanx assimilate their hosts via a virus instead of through injection, they don't have to fight the Klingons nearly as directly.
