Don't think Kisame would really care about a wardrobe malfunction. He kills people equally.

Taking a look at this online, I think Kisame has a better chance of winning. His jutsu gives him an edge that Akame likely won't be able to predict or counter. I could be wrong, I don't know Akame that well.
