Reboot Chucky would fair slightly better here, but even then, I think it would probably still be a cake walk for Archer.

Depends how good of a manipulator Chucky is as long as he doesn't lose his patience. 

He was doing well with that in the third film until he lost his cool.

I don't know, I feel like Chucky could get a leg up on this if he plays his cards right. Archer sure is someone a kid could grow attached to, but a lot of kids like the demented stuff too and could easily think Chucky was doing stuff that was cool just because.
