Sgt. Angel is a master of the whole "no casualties" thing. I would say he can take this. I seem to remember Joe being fairly competent as well, but Angel was very good at this sort of challenge. I'm not 100% yet so I won't vote but Angel looks good

Sgt. Angel is a supercop, like so good that the London PD relocated him because he made everyone else look bad. I'm sure that he has no problem stopping the bad guy and saving the bikini babes here.
