Damn toughie Maleficent is my team member but La is probably a villainess I like more. 

Maleficent definitely has a shot at taking over, she can become a dragon after all, has sorcery and already has a bunch of Golbins at her command. She's got a shot.

La though has some tricks up her sleeve transforming people is something she's good at, she runs the lost city of Opar with leopardmen that she magicked from ordinary leopards.

Is this pre or post-Human exposure? Are they still under old management? Cause Queen La would probably do worse if it's pre-Human exposure, people wouldn't take kindly to humans at all.
