Sgt. Angel should take this. Fending off zombies requires being able to take out multiple enemies in rapid succession, which he does quite handily in Hot Fuzz. He even shows that he can more than handle himself against a large physical threat.

Add to that his expert marksmanship, and Angel has this in the bag.
