A monster that comes to life when you take off his handcuffs would be much more valuable to a child ruler trying to establish himself/herself than a barbie doll would.

Barbie is one of the most diverse toys in this Draft, but she's always really been for girls. I guess which toy would befit a child ruler more would depend on whether the child's a boy or a girl.

This one is difficult, but I actually think I like the Pet Monster here.

A child ruler has to be under a lot of stress and concern about keeping his (or her) head and their throne from plotters.  I think the Monster just feels like the more defensive choice.
