Depending on which universe this takes place it could go either way. 

I think if it takes place in Jack's universe, he would definitely win with some rock n roll playing in the background

I think another universe, that magic wears off and he has to rely on skill. In that case, I think whole Roger is too old for this crap, he's worked with Riggs enough where he can find a way to save a town

I see these guys working together here. They would manage the Gremlins pretty well in my opinion but on an individual basis, I'll go with Roger. If he had to do this on his own, he would somehow save the most people.
