This one is hard

Since Gaston failed doing that in the story but i also dont see Belle listening to a demonic entity like chernabog.

I dont see either succeeding but maybe Gaston having better odds since he is somewhat charming, and human for the most part. Not some demonic entity 

[Fox]

This would be tough sledding for either of them.  Belle is a character that is strong willed and not easy to sway.  

Going strictly by Chernabog as seen in the film Fantasia, I'm not given enough information on what he can do to tempt Belle, here.  He is just such an overwhelmingly powerful and evil presence that I don't see Belle going along with him willingly in any way.

Gaston, given more information and the chance to take a different approach... well, I might could see him pulling something off here.

Toss-up for me.

Gaston has tried and failed, and he strikes me as the arrogant refuses to learn from his mistakes type. I believe Chernabog won't go after Belle directly but draw out more anger from the beast himself. This in turn will make Belle believe there is no humanity left in him to fight for or save.
