Once again, the Jolly Warriors' team captain steps up to the plate.

After looking up Snegurochka, while she may have a good heart, she seems prone to melting from anything dealing with warmth. From what I've heard about Game of Thrones, I'm guessing the Lannisters tend to deal with a lot of fire-related things, such as torches and dragons, which probably wouldn't be a good situation for the Russian snow doll.

If anyone can bring a warring family together for Christmastime, it's St. Nick.

This would completely depend on who is running the show at the time. If it is Tywin, then he would try to manipulate Santa into helping him expand the power and influence of House Lannister. If it is Joffrey, he is torturing Santa on sight for sadistic pleasure no questions asked. After reading up on the other character, I don't believe the Lannisters would have any interest in her or what she has to say.  So, since he can be valuable to the Lannisters I'm giving this to Santa.
