Remember when I posted that few could challenge Elisa Maza in this slot? Sorry to do this to my girl, but the Question is definitely one of them.

Elisa is a skilled investigator in her own right, but Vic is even more proven in this regard, solving some of DC's most pressing crimes and mysteries. While Elisa's also a very skilled fighter, Vic's been trained by Lady Shiva and Richard Dragon, arguably DC's top tier martial artists. Vic has also seen more than his share of weirdness in Hub City and working with members of the Justice League.

Ah, but the question is who would win with the least dead. All these bikini clad women would listen to the advice of another woman to keep them safe way before they listen to the advice of some weirdo conspiracy nut who is missing his face.

Eh, from what I've seen from the Bikini Bloodbath films, the ladies in those films weren't all that bright, so I'm not sure how much they'd listen to either Elisa or Vic. Also, horror movie victims tend not to listen much in the first place.

Vic could likely both discover the identity of Chef Death and incapacitate/kill/etc. him before Elisa could.
