Yeah, that sounds reasonable. Arya probably didn't make a lot of snowmen, but she still wins this in my opinion. Goten is too adhd to make a snowman.

I feel like Goten still had the childish sense about him where he would build a snowman where I feel like Arya had to grow up too fast and wouldn't even have an idea of what a snowman is

Surprisingly, I think this is canonically not true. If memory serves, someone builds snowmen is Winterfell as a warning message for the Boltons, which implies that they do in fact exist and leads credence to the idea that Arya has built them before

 Going off Peypeypeypey there are snowmen in A Dance of Dragons. People do know how to make snowmen in that universe.
