Which animal would be the best military asset

I mean.. one of them is a dinosaur. It would be pretty military for the military to use a dinosaur as a military asset.

While Dino is a dinosaur, he seemed like a large goofy puppy that was a thorn in Fred's side more often than not. Stealing steaks, locking him outside, etc

Muttly is not much better but he seemed to assist Dasterdly in different operations. Maybe never to success but he tried

I don't know that I would call either an asset. 

Muttley is probably the more intelligent character, but also craven and lazy.

Dino is dumb as a box of rocks but also possibly not full grown yet.

I'd guess Dino would be selected for his genetic material followed by spinning up the gene sequencers a-la Jurassic Park.

Dino would probably be easier for the military to control as well. Just give em plenty of meat.

Muttley was in fact an asset to Dick Dastardly when it comes to his various plots, and at points he even seemed more intelligent than him (as seen during Wacky Races and Catch that Pidgeon segments). Besides, dogs are already in the military, and I certainly don't see any one military enlisting the service of dinosaurs. You think if dinosaurs were so good, the military would have them by now.
