I have no idea how Ultraman Zearth is. I feel like King Ghidorah would be more than a match for the OG Ultraman though, so going off that he might be able to win here. If he still has the 3-minute time limit, Ghidorah is an incredibly durable and tough fighter, he's big as ass hell, he can fly, he shoots multiple lasers that can incap and keep Ultraman at bay, and he's arguably a more mobile opponent than the Big G himself. I think Ghidorah should take this, but I'm mostly basing this off the original Ultraman
