Do either have any specific experience here? I'm inclined to give it to Sivana because it's not a challenge where Lelouch can strategize or manipulate his way out of it, but does he have any specific feats for it either? If neither does, I would still say Sivana's job as an inventor means he would likely be able to make some kind of machine for poisoning people

Yeah, Lelouch is intelligent in the sense that he's a tactical mastermind. Don't think he necessarily dips into specific sciences too much. I can actually imagine Sivana messing around with chemical mixtures. Not so much Lelouch.

I could maybe see Sivana making his own toxin, but Lelouch would be the one who would know a lot about different toxins so he could poison different opponents. If that kind of knowledge counts, then Lelouch could get the win.
