This is probably just a coin-toss for me. I don't see either of them winning.

I have to agree. 

The majority of the challenges in this slot are geared towards a child whose mind is developed enough to engage in constructive play.

Jack Jack just seems to young for this challenge. I almost feel like there needs to be an age minimum just because some of these don't seem fair for toddlers

Every challenge in this slot was known and seen beforehand - last season actually.  It's a repeat.

If people aren't going to set-up their team to take advantage of it, what can you do?

Andrew should be the easy winner here. Jack might be able to build a cool fort if he becomes huge and starts using bigger materials, but will he do that? No. His brain is the size of a peanut.

Ender should be able to win this easily. Jack Jack isn't really capable of this level of construction and Ender would be able to build something.
