Im going with Ruby on this one. Unless the brothers have a demon killing knife, angel blade, know how to exercise demons, or have some other demon killing power; i see her having a better chance with them then Michael.

Michael is definitely strong and durable, but I think he may have issues with the brothers

Either can pull this off, Michael's a bullet sponge and the brothers tend to rely on guns.

Either can pull this off, but one can pull this off more consistently. Going with Ruby solely cause there's a chance Michael might be incapacitated by sheer amount of gunpower.
