Well, will have to read up on this guy but I figure with Rogue having access to Wonder Man level strength/durability and her being able to take powers from a good distance now rather than needing to touch them, I think she's got a real good shot.

Thor's powers are on the level that he can one shot someone that casually splits the sky. When compared to Wonder Man and Rogue (who borrows from him), the strongest thing they've ever done is:

Wonder Man specifically:

make a planetoid tremble,

lift a pyramid with the help of others (if he was truly planet level, he would not need help.)

hold a Kree starship

hold up 50,000 tons (he also mentions that he fought Thor to a standstill, but judging by the previous feats of Wonder Man, Thor is either A) holding back or B ) Wonder Man only performs when he's up against superheroes that aren't there to fight to the death.

Let's look at some of Rogue's best solo feats as well:

Throws a machine

Stops a train

Throws a tree

 

Huh, she really isn't painted like the planet destroyer that VS Battles makes her out to be. How come whenever she's up against actual planet level people, who are not superheroes having a scuffle where they hold back, (Juggernaut, High Evolutionary, Ultron, Hulk), she can't perform? Probably cause she's not really planet level. Thor should one shot her.

I don't know man, maybe not on her own but with her absorbing power, which is really capable, she can do crazy things. Like when absorbed a ridiculous amount of power from like everybody and temporarily held back a Celestial(albeit only with some assistance coming later)

I don't see any reason why she can't last long enough to drain some of the guy's power here. Juggernaut and Hulk and such might be stronger but she can still hold her own:

Yeah, if she doesn't manage to drain the guy, it's tough but I think she could drain him and even the playing field.

At the same time, her draining people that are on the level of Thor causes her powers to act up, or even knock her out. This could very easily be a battle of attrition.
