Genius Challenge: Who wins the battle using only Computer Science skills

I'll need to do more research into this one. I don't remember him specifically Megamind having much experience with computers. I'll have to look more into it

Don't know if either of them have done anything related to computer science, I just know their skills lie in creating gadgets which they can use to cause mayhem for whatever purpose. If anyone has any idea on who could win, let me know.

However this goes down it's probably going to involve hackery and the Internet.

I honestly think both of them are much more gadget-oriented villains. They have used computers before but their bread and butter is in making wacky devices that do wacky things. Sivana probably has Megamind outdone in the scope of his inventions, as they're usually global threats as opposed to city-level threats, but Megamind has some incredibly strong gadgets that are arguably more inventive and versatile. I give it to Megamind for no other reason that he's much more modern
