Both of these guys are extremely skilled and powerful. Starkiller has shown to be one of the most powerful force users in the expanded universe and Vash shown to be on a whole other level himself.

I do feel that Vashon could pull off a win based off his Angel Arm ability,almost capable of destroying a planet. That power along with his weapons, skill set, and other natural abilities, i think he could pull off a win

On the other hand, Vash is a pacifist and wont' go for the kill from the start which might be a bit of a problem when facing off against Starkiller who is just as fast as Vash and will definitely slice and dice him given the chance.

While Vash a pacifist, he has stepped up when the situation calls for it.
