I meant Sassy is doomed either way, my bad. Chance is the younger dog that accompanies Sassy in the Homeward Bound films.

I think Dino has the greater strength being that he's a dinosaur. And maybe Sassy could manipulate Dino better than she could Pluto? To be fair I don't know how intelligent Pluto is.

I actually think Pluto is more intelligent than Dino, but not by a lot. He can at least pick up on suspicious activity better than Dino. I just wasn't sure how much of an advantage that would've given Pluto in the wilderness, though, since Dino has the size advantage.

At the same time, Dino is still smaller than the grizzly bears that Sassy, Chance, and Shadow ran into in the films. so his size may not have been much of a factor, either.
