Iron Man is one of my favorite characters. I do see him being able to create an armor that could battle Vash. He can also fly which would prove difficult for the Human Tycoon. With that said, Vash is also fairly quick and his Angel Arm can definitely cause damage that i feel could defeat Iron Man.

It could go either way in my opinion

Iron Man is simply too versatile for Vash. I don't think Vash has any way to deal with characters that can go intangible and invisible or even both at the same time. If Iron Man is taking this seriously, (and he will due to the fact that Vash is stupid powerful), he can end this quick.
