I would have to go back and see Dexter sing his opera songs. It has been so long since I have seen Dex Lab so I can't remember. 

Jack Jack may have the cute baby cooing going for him.... possibly... maybe a stretch

Jack-Jack can sometimes sort of "talk" by imitating noises others make, like the scene where Dash says "I wanna fight bad guys" and Jack-Jack makes some kind of sound ending in an "guys," but he can't really "speak," let alone sing. Dexter takes an easy win here
