I feel like all of these things are something that Pinkie Pie can do, up to and including magic. She's quirky and charismatic, she can definitely sing and dancing is in her blood. Considering how Toon Force allows her to tap into hammerspace, doing a magic trick isn't out of the question either.

Barb isn't very comedic at all, certainly not nearly as comedic as Pinkie Pie can be, thus she gets a strike against her there unfortunately.

Singing is her forte, and like Pinkie Pie she certainly can produce some talented renditions of songs including some from Heart, Ozzy, and Scorpions, in her own unique style.

Magic comes naturally to her as she can use her guitar to create sonic booms, create energy beams, brainwash other trolls into becoming Rock Trolls, and several other unique things, mostly performance related, but certainly magical.

She can dance, but I don't think it would quite match Pinkie Pie's abilities, as the pony has quite a talent in dance, that is difficult to beat.

Overall, Comedy and Dance, are her weakest attributes in this match, whereas Singing and Magic are some of her strongest, making this match actually a bit closer than most might think.

Sadly for Barb this is going to come down to the comedy round because in every other areas the two are evenly matched. Both lovely ladies can sing very catchy and memorable songs and have the dance moves to go with them, Barb may have the natural ability to do magic, but “magic tricks” can also be a variety of things such illusions, entertaining tricks, and the ability to perform impossible feats, Pinkie Pie’s natural party tricks and fourth wall breaking abilities can easily qualify as “magic tricks.” Thus with those three categories too close to really call, it will eventually come down to the comedy round and Barb will be hopelessly outclassed in that area. Pinkamena Diane Pie will win this bout.
