The Invisible Boatmobile is Invisible.  That gives it a seeming advantage in a race where the object is to crash-up the other racers.

HOWEVER, the drivers of said car are not invisible.  So, it's still clear where they are to crash into.

On the other hand, the Batmobile seems like it is more durable and could take some crashes on it's armor.

Obviously, using the various cars gadgets in a competition could be seen as cheating, so just going by the durability of the two vehicles, I like Batmobile here.

If the adventures of Spongebob and Co. on the surface world are an indication, then the Boatmoblie is a good deal smaller than the Batmoblie. This could simply be a matter of Batman running over the other dynamic duo.

As Fox stated, as the Boatmobile is invisible, the riders are not. Lets say, it makes the riders invisible too. I feel like with all the gadgets and whatnots that the batmobile has, it may have a device that can pick up heat signatures or something.

 

Even then, Batmobile is extremely durable and is made for combat type situations. I think it will win this one easily
