Seems like electricity is very effective against Omega Red, considering Iron Man KO'd him right after this.

I'd have to see a compelling argument for either side. This would be a good fight and could swing either way as Omega Red is susceptible to electricity, but Static doesn't have a lot of electricity to draw from in this terrain, if any at all.

Could be a tough battle either way. Static, though, has occasionally been caught off-guard by foes, even those he should easily defeat. If Omega Red could sneak and get close enough to Static, his death spores could quickly weaken Static enough to kill him outright or enough for Arkady to drain his life force with his coils.

I gotta back Static here because of again, Omega Red’s vulnerability to electricity. Now some might argue that the terrain won’t give Static much electricity to work with, but remember that Virgil can not only naturally generate electricity from his own body but can control the electrons in other people’s bodies and use them to knock an opponent out.

Static doesn't need to draw electricity in to win this fight, looks like Omega Red gets zapped and fried for a pretty one sided fight.

Yep, the final vote is probably accurate. Yeah, Static could shock Omega Red, but Red's death spores can also kill a human in seconds upon contact.
