If Captain Cold can tag The Flash, then I don't think he'll have a problem with Nightcrawler in any great extent. The cold gun may even make it harder or impossible for Nightcrawler to teleport if he's being affected by the cold gun.

This isn't as easy as Nightcrawler teleporting in front of Captain Cold and disposing of his gun. Captain Cold has a cold field that he carries everywhere with him, and it's proven capable of stopping bullets in mid-air. So that's a bit of a problem when it comes to dealing with Captain Cold. I don't think Nightcrawler has any real options to deal with Cold, not even in arena this size. Gotta go with Cold.

Nightcrawler is able to survive in space, and Cold isn't durable enough to withstand repeated strikes from Nightcrawler. Nightcrawler should be able to disarm Cold's main weapon and beat him down, cold field or not.

But he's taken direct strikes from The Flash, would arguably hits harder. I think Nightcrawler loses as he won't think Cold is a big threat and once he teleports, Cold will know what to do and how to approach this fight as he's fought people who basically teleport anyway.

Nightcrawler is also a master fencer and Cold is not stab proof.

One answer would sway this for me... whether Nightcrawler would be able to teleport if frozen. If yes, then he wins as he'llsurprise Captain Cold, if not then I am leaning towards Cold who could tag him.

He fails to teleport whenever he's under strain.

I guess if we assume that if Nightcrawler's teleportation moves his molecules around, then no he could not do it. The cold gun stops molecules from moving in most iterations.

Then I think Nightcrawler is in for a bit of a 🥶 surprise.

Gotta roll with Captain Cold, too smart, too deadly, and his cold field will keep Nightcrawler from teleporting him into the ocean or something.
