I know nothing of Sir Daniel. He seemed pretty powerful last time, but this environment definitely plays well into Spidey's strengths. This Spiderman is very strong and has a ton of natural webbing that might net him a win via incapacitation.

I think the biggest strength that Raimi Spidey has going for him in this match is the location. He could do a lot of swinging and be hard for Daniel to hit with one of his magical weapons. But if Dan does hit him, I think Spidey is done for. Daniel could hit him with lightning, magic spear or gattling gun and do some damage. He could also turn him into a chicken with the chicken drumstick and win instantly, but he only has so many of those. Dan is durable as hell though and fast enough to outrun an entire building exploding, so I'm confident he could edge the win.
