Shiki doesn't really have to fall into the cold trap that follows Snart around, as he can cut his lines and kill him instantly from a safe distance.

I'd argue that Snart fights people who could kill him instantly on a regular basis. He is also incredibly smart and is able to analyze a fight while he's having it. Snart's superior reflexes win him this fight.

Flash closes the distance when fighting, Shiki would do it from a distance and whats even better, the cold field wouldnt stop the slicing cause the attack isn't really on this layer of reality.
