My immediate thought is that Michonne and Tommy are pretty out of their elements here. Zombies are sort of like crocs, but far slower and less deadly in this environment individually. Still, Michonne is able to chop through humans pretty easily, and is very skilled with many weapons. Tommy also doesn't really have any skill with a similar type of threat. I'm torn here

Michonne has this pretty easy I think. She currently has more experience in these types of situations. Tommy is capable, but he's made some pretty bad errors before...

On paper someone could make a pretty compelling argument for Tommy, outlasting Jason Voorhees even once (let alone twice) is a much better feat then anything Michonne’s done.

But in this case however, I’ll argue that Michonne should instead win because she’s lived through a much varied list of foes then Tommy and done so much more frequently then him. From the Governor’s forces, the Saviors, Whisperers, and the general undead, Michonne clear experience I think will make her better prepared to deal with something outside her usual modus operandi then Tommy.
