Spider mobile, from what I've learned online, can climb walls and has a bunch of gadgets. It also is fast enough to keep up with the Human Torch and was designed to get two places faster than Spider-Man could. I think that qualifies it as being faster than the General Lee. But to be fair I don't know how fast that car is. I'm assuming it's pretty standard though.
