Peypeypeypey Posted April 7, 2021 Posted April 7, 2021 I don't see this going well for out Frost Ninja. If he knew about her powers going in, he could maybe use ice clones and long-ranged shots to keep her at a distance to ensure she never has the chance to morph him, but as is there's no way for him to survive
Bergy_Berg Posted April 7, 2021 Posted April 7, 2021 I'm not sure what the counter for being turned into a pig is. Sub Zero becomes frosty bacon.
Macklemore Posted April 7, 2021 Posted April 7, 2021 Sub-Zero already has control of his body, and on top of that, has showcased the ability to turn into other animals. Any reason to believe Circe turning him into a pig would stick, considering he already showcases the ability to change his body into animals?

I'm relatively certain those transformations aren't really considered canon to the MK story

Hah, you took me back, man! I remember when I was in high school, MK II had so fatalities and other Easter eggs, kids were discovering new ones all the time, both in the arcades and when MK II came to the SNES and Genesis. I heard about Sub-Zero's polar bear fatality back in the day, but I never saw it in action until YouTube came around. Anyways, going polar bear would be a bad idea on Sub-Zero's part, 'cuz then he'd be playing right into Circe's specialty. It would be just a matter of her taking control of him in this form. Besides, animal transformation and control isn't the only thing Circe can do.
Fox Posted April 8, 2021 Posted April 8, 2021 I would like to propose that the Misty Mountains terrain gives the Ice Ninja an advantage. I don't see anyone bringing that up. Could be just the edge Sub-Zero needs to get in close and do what he does best.

Besides, even if Sub-Zero managed to freeze Circe, her magic likely has a way around that, like when she went all Wicked Witch of the East here.
Pizzaguy2995 Posted April 8, 2021 Posted April 8, 2021 Sorry Sub-Zero, but my girl Circe takes this match. She’s too durable for him to sneak attack and her magic is an instant KO to Sub-Zero.
UMPIRE Posted April 10, 2021 Author Posted April 10, 2021 Match Final Results Circe (DC): 5Sub-Zero: 6

DSkillz Posted April 12, 2021 Posted April 12, 2021 I guess this was karma on Circe for getting that (maybe) undeserved win over Luffy.
