Just like the original Black Panther, Shuri just has no answer to any of Alucard's hax. His normal vampire regen is too much for her, his Schrodinger powers means she has no real win-con. It's only a matter of time before she gets worn out and then Alucard can go in for the kill

On the other hand, the Sun might impede Alucard the tiniest bit (at least pre-Schrodinger), but that still won't be enough for Shuri to kill him or damage him I think. Bad pull for Shuri.
