Probably wouldn't do anything, the Mach Five is insanely durable.

Also I'm almost certain that's against the rules at Le Mans.

I mean, if he used that nuclear warhead arrow that he has it would probably do the trick. But that just might disqualify him

Will I have to say I’m impressed with the Mach Five. When I added the Mach Five this season, I didn’t imagine it would be a big hit. So far it has won 6 matches, and only lost once.

So we all agree Green Arrow would win via a nuclear arrow. But I have no fear

You know, the more I think about it, if they're allowed to use all their powers, and Green Arrow is the one piloting the car, he actually has about a dozen ways to win this without going to the (literal) nuclear option. An electricity arrow short circuiting a car.  A flash-bang arrow capable of blinding for extended periods of time.  A knock-out gas arrow which can knock out guards simply by flying past them. A sonic arrow strong enough to disable Green Lanterns.  A glue arrow capable of stopping a big behemoth of a man. Shoot a few of those at some tires and even the Mach Five will get stuck.  An EMP Arrow which can knock out machines that look far more advanced than the Mach Five.

Cool, except those would all get it disqualified immediately. So even then the arrow car loses.
