If Thanos has the Cosmic Cube, it would be a very even fight. However, I don't think he would be default, and as such, in his base, Thanos isn't quite strong enough to keep up with the Highfather

Highfather is Odin lite. Odin smacked around Thanos last time they faced, so I think this should go the same. Thanos is powerful, and extremely durable, but he's not powerful enough to take Marvel or DC skyfathers even at his most powerful. (sans items.)
