Hah! I keep forgetting that a planet being a Green Lantern is a thing.  

Mogo might have a good shot here, but one thing is pretty certain: Cairo gets wiped off the map.

If this were DBZ Vegeta I would probably give it to Mogo, but in Super Vegeta gets such a massive power boost that I think he's comfortably above Mogo's power. At the start of Super, Goku's fight was threatening the universe, and while it's tough to say how much stronger they've gotten since then, even if it's been relatively incremental Universal-level power is higher than anything Mogo itself has done

From looking briefly, Mogo has a lot of durability and raw power that’s hard to quantify. Looks like it can hold off entire corps of other lanterns. I’m leaning that way, but want to read some comments.

Mogo is definitely one of the more powerful Green Lanterns, but he shouldn't be able to deal with Vegeta all that well due to one specific reason. He's too big. There's literally no way to miss Mogo at any point, no matter how hard he tries or how small the beams he shoots at him are. He will eventually hit him, and destroy him, at the end of the day.
