Cannon Fodder Challenge: Medieval Reenactment

Kobolds lack training and tend to be very small compared to regular people. That's going to count against them here a lot. However, I do think they have a hope in that the Putty Patrol doesn't really fight as much of a cohesive unit either, they just tend to throw themselves at the Rangers. Kobolds also have more experience with the weaponry. So it's not as one-sided as it might initially appear

But Kobolds don't seem to be experienced martial artists. Their usage of weapons could bounce off them unlike what the Rangers do to them.

This is a reenactment, no one is supposed to actually die at reenactments. (Accidents happen) That being said durability does not mean anything, they're scoring for points and because kobolds are from a fantasy setting they should take this handily.

As I said, Putty Patrol can be somewhat trained. Especially given they were turned into Power Rangers evil clones twice.

On a general note, they don't really showcase any type of skill, they just exist to be kicked away by any one Power Ranger. Kobolds, on the other hand, offer some problems to the respective people they face (could just chalk this up to Kobolds having a wider range of appearances in fiction when compared to Putty Patrol), but I do believe that Kobolds have the necessary weaponry skill needed to beat the more-often-than-not brutish Putty Patrollers.

The small stature of the Koblods could be a detriment. Those guys look like they could trip over their own feet or accidentally whack each other and turn into a Three Stooges routine.

I'm liking the Kobolds here.

They are Cannon Fodder, sure, but they are challenging for low level parties and they do bring mages and clerics along with the fighters.
