Yeah, I'm surprised to hear that Tenchi Muyo characters fit in this category. I was under the impression that they were stronger than the cutoff. The more you know!

Is this just the video game injustice? If it takes into account the comic, then I think the va battles is underselling a bit; he has some good feats in the series.

Going off memory, he takes out most of the green lantern corps, including Mogo and a guardian; he kills Kalibeck and a host of parademons, while also slapping around Darkseid: https://comicnewbies.com/2015/09/29/darkseid-vs-superman-injustice-gods-among-us/

 

I think he beats doomsday unconscious, kills Hercules, ares, beats on black Adam, and knocks around Orion. I don’t remember all of it entirely well, but more or less most of the dc universe tries to stop him and he continually beats everyone back. I remember the comic portraying him significantly more powerfully than the video.

Unless his opponent is a magic user and a powerful one, I say Injustice Superman has this.

Ryoko is one of if not the most powerful beings in the Tenchi universe.

She possesses the power of three gems which are divine in nature, giving her access to various supernatural abilities.

I would have to categorize it as magic power.  And, that is Supes achillies heel, pretty much regardless of version.  Going with Ryoko.
