How is the Putty Patrol's hand-eye coordination and ability to hit moving targets with a ball?

Currently leaning mutants as I believe their hand-eye coordination and targeting is decent.

The mutants have at least probably played dodgeball before. They're certainly familiar with the concept. The Putty Patrol probably haven't and I remember them being rather bumbling and goofy. Doesn't exactly favor them

Putties can go for any gimmick, I imagine they're at least familiar with the concept of dodgeball.
