Hum. 

The Scarface organization would easily be one of the most brutal and the most paranoid. Tough to get in with, easy to get on the wrong side of.

I'd like to hear if Holmes has any infiltration or undercover feats to go by.  Because right now I'm thinking the Scarface organization would be tough to crack.

Disguising isn't the problem here, the problem lies in the fact that Scarface is very paranoid. That one bathroom scene at the club comes to mind. He sees something, he has a suspicion, and he immediately goes to check it out further.

I think Sherlock could use that paranoia against him then, gaslight him to making some kind of mistake.

I guess Holmes may be smart enough to pose as a drug lord from "across the pond" that wants to do business with Montana.
