I could see Samus doing well. Runner3 favoring rhythm and all that, Samus' variety of jumps and all that should give her the ability to match the beat in ways even the original dude in the game couldn't.

True, I wouldn't really call Spyro that rhythmically impressive. He seems to be a one note character.
