The 3rd Street Saints are physically superior. If the Kobolds are allowed to use weapons and have some casters, they might have a chance. I also remember Kobolds being proficient at setting traps in one of the editions of D&D, so if we take that into account, that would benefit them massively. If they have to actually play the game by the rules, they're not going to win though

I'd say this fight perfectly fits into their M.O. They're fast, agile, can hide well due to their size, and they don't really need to fight against physically superior opponents. They just have to run in, capture the flag, and bring it back to their own base as far as I can recall. And due to their lizard physique, they can definitely pull it off better than Saints could. Plus, if they can lay down traps in their own base, that'd definitely put things in Kobolds favour even further.
