Normal Doom gets erased the moment he tries to go on a tangent against Zen'o, but God Emperor Doom would humiliate Zeno (if he's allowed, of course.) God Emperor Doom is technically allowed if we're taking the tiers into account, but it's a one time power up so I don't know if we take it into account or not.

God Emperor Doom is tier 1-C, so he's not allowed. In any case, I personally wouldn't take that form into consideration because of what you mentioned: it's a 1-time power-up and not Doom's real, personal power, nor something that he could reasonably replicate in the circumstances of this match.

All that said, I think Zen'o would win pretty easily

Oh, so he is. The 2-A that I read on that website was apparently Doctor Doom with Galactus' power, which is yet again a power up, so I'd have to give it to Zeno in that case.
