Can't say who wins as I don't know much about Conan, but this is probably Tommy's best pull, category-wise. I mean, he's basically just letting his victim play GTA with him

Like the time he infiltrated a murderer's home.

Conan seems to have knowledge on random trivia and how to solve murders and the like, but I don't think he has it in him to actually snap someone out of a trance.
