Flash's Infinite Mass punch is probably his best bet here. Ego is very strong, but Flash should be fast enough to avoid every attack thrown at him, and if you interpret this feat literally, he's punching with the energy of stars. Now, do I interpret that feat literally? Not really, no. There would be come collateral damage surely, if he was hitting with kind of energy. But Wally has some crazy speed and some really hax-y powers I think he can use to win here

Even with the Infinite Mass Punch, what would happen after he destroys Ego? He's left to drift in space forever, so does anyone actually win? Flash has no way to survive being exposed to the outskirts of the universe.

Well, I guess it doesn't matter either way. Flash still wins the fight, so whatever happens afterward doesn't matter.
